Sorry to interrupt the new discussion... but I thought I'd toss my hat in the ring...

I'm a dual citizen, too.  I actually considered using that to my advantage.  I got accepted to the WDWIP but then my school wouldn't let me take a year off.  So, I decided that instead of letting my dream rip out of my fingertips, I'd find a place in Kissimmee for the summer and apply for a seasonal position at WDW.

It's a pretty scary thing when Disney doesn't provide housing.  Briefly browsing the internet only turned up super expensive apartments.  And nobody is looking for boarders.  But that didn't matter, however when I called the Jobline to book an interview, they said I couldn't apply until I had formally rejected my IP offer.  When I called Cast-a-way, Eric told me about the International Summer College Program (I'll call it ICP)...

Anyways, for those of you wanting to work at Disney during your summers...  I know that for WDWCP alums, they can work at WDW for the summer and live in Disney housing.  Alums just have to state a start and end date.  Since we're all dual citizens, hopefully we're eligible for the same thing.  For WDWIP alums, you could do the ICP.  At the Toronto interviews, there was this girl, Bonnie.  She was a China IP alum, now studying in Canada.  Julie gave her a position for the ICP.

Actually....  I just checked out the wdwcp website... they've cancelled the "seasonal college cast members" and replaced it with the Summer College Program... Damn.
