Just noticed your comment now! Ibiza was absolutely awesome..abit gutted to be back in england, but oh well, off to america a month today! Hope the time goes really fast! Although im sure it will drag! Im just tryin my best to take it off my mind at the moment, hopin it will make it go faster! ;D

 

Looks like I'm gonna be joining you all in August afterall. I think. Got back from holiday yesterday and had an email from UNCG telling me they finally found a way to accept me, so unless something goes wrong with the visa I'm still going to WDW. I just hope the visa stuff gets here in time, they've only sent it off yesterday or today. I'm still a bit apprehensive. I won't be sure until I get my visa and everything. :-\

 

Don't worry, ull be fine Well done in getting it all sorted and everything..Under a month to go now! ;D

We chose Merch...but either than that we don't know much more, not even where we're stayin'...

We find out where were stayin when we get there..I was hoping for vista, but it seems like quite alot of people have been getting put in chatham lately..

Can't believe its only 30 days until were goin!

 

From what I've seen I love the treehouses...but i think only those placed at Magic Kingdom stay there. :-\
What's the difference between chatham and vista anyway? ???

Vista is awesome, vista is older, but there's more people there and its alot louder and more fun i think..

If you want quiet tho, chatham is perfect, you can hear a pin drop and its alot newer than vista..

Rumour has it, and i think its pretty much 99% fact, that vista and treehouses are shutting while were there and a new complex called alderton court or something like that opens in may next year while were there! Its supposed to be next to chatham apparently!

Guess we'll find out when we get there if there doing anything next to chatham..

I think the thing that makes vista alot better as well is that there's alot of food places and things to do near vista, whereas you have to walk quite far, get a bus or get a taxi to anything from chatham..Even the outlet mall is about a ten minute walk away! :-\

 

Chatham is crap. Vista Way all the Way!!

 

In all fairness tho, i didnt spend much time there as it was..I spent half the time while i was there kippin on robs living room sofa! haha.. ;D

 

Can't believe how close its getting now! Not looking forward to sitting in the embassy for 5 hours on tuesday tho!!

Only 3 weeks left now!! ;D

Got my visa appointment tomorrow! Duno whether i told you on facebook the other day or not! Off to london in about an hour..Not exactly lookin forward to the embassy!!

Hope everyone is ok anyway, guna be in london until thursday, so when i get back itll only be 2 weeks! Can't believe its getting so close now!

hey! i had mine today was in and out in about an hour but they asked me for a bank statement as proof of finances for our university fees and i didnt have one as it wasnt on our checklist of stuff to bring so my visa cant be processed until i fax them it!

so i went to my bank and they are sending one out but its going to take 5-7 days to be posted so i am stressing out!! did anyone else get asked for a bank statement? i spoke to jason at yummy jobs and he said its maybe because i didnt have my job acceptance letter but i never got one of those in my disney package!!

 

Hey everyone oh me nae that lang now was on virgin website today and they had a countdown to when the flight is and i was soooo excited hehehehehehe. I ave even looked out all my clothes what a saddo eh. ave no idea what to take with me. Hey Claire glad u got ur visa its a long wait isnt it!! but sooo worth it and a great feeling when they say u've got it. I didnt have to take a bank statement i had so many bits o paper with me think i had every bit of paper un der the sun the guy must ave thought i was aff my heed. xxx

 

hey kylie, i never had to show a bank statement, thats weird! maybe it is cause u never had a disney employment letter! did u not get it with all ur visa stuff???

me too! lol ive started sorting out what clothes im taking and which ones im not im getting so excited now cos its actually august!! no i never got that letter with the visa stuff! im just so scared now that its goin to delay my visa and i wont be able to leave on the 19th but fingers crossed! xxx

 

i dont think it will! belfast r apparently really good at sendin it back quickly so im sure theyll get it all sorted out for u as soon as they can!!
im just tryin to sort out insurance! got no clue, need to get it b4 friday when my dad comes home or he'll go mental lol!!

still don't know who to go for for insurance, i have 3 uni of ulsters one, sta and marks and spencers. eek! so confusing! lol but Kylie, thought u wer goin same time as me, 28th aug and thot u wer crp program lol so i mite c ya and mite not lol i'm uk pavilion food and bev for the year.

oh and i had loadsa stuff with me to my visa in dublin didn't need half of it, just visa appointment confirmation, photos, passport, irish postal order for 80euro and original visa petition, (only had the copy, so disney are snding the original to dublin this week, so i'll get my visa next week )

part from that visa 'interview' (which it wasn't cus got no questions to answer lol) went great! had it a few weeks bak.
