Accepted! Yay! J1-Academic August 19th!

Yeah, I'm with UNCG, I hope my visa stuff will turn up within the next month though... Up until now I haven't been able to get into contact with UNCG at all. The Disney rep at UNCG keeps ignoring my emails, how annoying.

I did receive my certificate of good behaviour in the post today. I requested it last monday, and 3 days later it's here, when they told me it would take 4 to 6 weeks... I'm confused with just about everything right now. Happy that I got my certificate of good behaviour, but still confused.

I think you'll find out where you'll be staying when you're there. As far as I know people on the J1-Academic will be in either Chatham or Vista.

 

Hey, Are you doin the cult rep program at epcot? If you are ull be stayin in the commons..If not ull most likely be either in chatham or vista..

Im doin the J1 academic program, so ill most likely be at chatham or vista i would of thought..

Hey i am on the J1 academic as well goin to be workin as a character performer haha! got my visa forms in and booked the app today so goin to london 2 weeks tomorrow aggghh am soooo excited cnt believe how soon it is!! Is anyone he gettin the first virgin plane out of Gatwick on the 19th cos am scared n case i am goin to be a total loner wid love t meet up we ne o uz who r goin on the same flight as me. xx

Thats weird that everyone has theirs but I don't, I don't think Louise has hers either. I might call Yummy Jobs cos I want to book my appointment. Is anyone thinking of going to Belfast instead of London, I heard it was apparently a lot quicker and easier to go there. Also the flights are £1.99 each way on easy jet. Claire, what flight you on, is it by any chance globespan? There are 7 of us so far on that flight. Steph do you know what character you are gonna be yet? xxx

Kylie's two mates were there as well, i think there on the same flight as you as well aren't they kylie?

My mate is going to be a character performer aswell, we both went last summer and he was goofy then and is guna be this year as well..Theres me, him and our other mate, flying from manchester 10:25 19th August with virgin..

Im really looking forward to florida, but im off to ibiza on monday for 2 weeks with all my mates as well! So just really looking forward to that mostly at the moment!!

Im so bored at the moment, all my mates from back home are graduating etc! So im sat here bored waiting for ibiza to come around!

Oh and don't worry about your form, one of my mates hasn't got his yet either!

ooo iforgot t say those goin on the 10.45 flight from Gatwick did u receive tickets in the post i dont ave mine yet apart from i have my confirmation from STA but it doesnt say what seat number i am>? xx

 

ive just got the confirmation too i havent got sent out any tickets yet either! you can book your seat online tho at the virgin website you just have to enter a number from your confirmation letter i think and you can look at all the seats that are still available and pick one!

 

I didn't book my tickets through STA, so i've already got my E-ticket for the 10.45 Gatwick flight, won't get my tickets in the post at all. I recieved my E-ticket the day after booking the flight. Didn't change my seat number though, since I didn't know anyone else on that flight anyway, plus I'm quite happy with the seat they gave me.

 

yea shona im on the glasgow globespan one!! me n carey r on it! who else is??? i would phone yummy n see what they say, maybe its gotten lost with that postal strike???? xx
