Sorry, I don't want to be rude, but this is a little ridiculous. Everyone should decide on their own if he/she wants to drink or not. You should also not think about that before you have arrived and know the situation. It's great if you are convinced you will stay sober because of moralty or somethig and you can definitely have as much fun, but I still think that you have a way different look on things once you are there. And it's definitely nonsense that someone gets terminated every week for drinking underage. I maybe knew 2-3 people during the whole year of my pavillion that got terminated and they were just extremly stupid.
You should just let everyone make their own decisions and you will have great fun with people who will be drinking and people who will stay sober.
