13 is sounding nice Visa day tomorrow, then all set

 

Hey everyone, yey there are a few more to or lil crew hehe. I think Amber is on the BA fight ith me yey, i hope so, then at least i'll no someone on that flight. Wow only a few days left, am so excited to go. Spoke to my brother who is there at the moment working and he says its about 95 degrees out there, so i think thats meant to be pretty damn hot. hehe.

Packing already, crazy talk, i haven't finished university course yet, am still living at halls hehe. Oh well i guess everything will have to be last minute. Do we have to take bed linens and stuff, that will just take up excess space. Oh well.
Yey only a few moe days to go until we will all be at the airport waiting for the planes.

about the bed lines i'm just packing one of those wee roll up sleeping bags for the first night or so and then going to walmart and buying sheets when i get there. no way i'm taking up precious space in my case for something as boring as sheets!

On the sleeping...number one tip...bring a matress protector...the beds are very slippery and without a protector, they slip off constantly.

Well thanks for the tip about the matresses will have to go and do some quick retail therpay i thinks. God need to buy so much stuff.
I'm 20 from Bristol, but i'm studying a teaching degree in Birmingham. I had a gap year so i'm only in my first year, but it's all great.
Yeah i'm really loking forward to going.
Yeah i found the embassy really boring, just sat on the floor and waited for 3 hours, it wasn't too long.
What course id everyone else on??

For everyone who is flying from Gatwick on june 25th and from the south terminal we were thinking of meeting up before in departures for a wee chat! There are two flights 1125 and 1230 so we were thinking of meeting at McDonalds on the upper level of the departure lounge at 930 or so.

great idea meeting up in gatwick Elaine, only thing that might affect Hayley and i making it, is that we fly from NORTH terminal i think, i don't know whether that will make it possible....any ideas Hayley?

and, una mas idea....on the list of stuff we need to bring... it says evening wear outfit (for the formals) does this mean going out in the evenings? or like a prom? Andy do you know?

I got a mattress protector from a local store; I'm sure WalMart would have one if you don't take one with you.

We are in different terminals: BA flights are North ...VA are South.

 

Mainly your just gonna need outfits for going out at night (bar/club etc.) but maybe take one kinda formal outfit. Some folks like to organise Limo nights.

OH my!!! im rather shocked to see soo many of us flyin out on the 25th now!! (hehe)
Its a real shame that the BA and VA flights are flying out from different terminals.. we will have to meet up in Orlando though!!

As for the McDonalds meeting place.. hehe... we are all gonna b lookin at everyone goin.. "do you look like a disney person.. no.."... hehe..

Cant wait now guys.. only a week togo.. in fact.. this time next week.. lol. we'll be meeting!! haha scary!!
