Same. Mine was really short, although I held myself back. Last time I went on and on like an idiot. But I still feel like I should have answered more stuff. All we can do now is cross our fingers and hope!
Mine was probably around 6 minutes also. I hope I did well enough to make it through to the next round. I just have to accept that it's out of my hands now. 3 to 4 weeks and we will have our results! Which do you think is better: Identifying the challenges that you have but are willing to accept them OR avoiding the challenges you have and just saying that you can handle it.
Not sure how to answer your question, Carey. lol! But heres some stereotypical Canadian-ism to tide us over until we get the results! http://youtu.be/mL7n5mEmXJo Good luck!
Carey: Ha! I love that! It's awesome when I realize I've been to pretty much every place in that video. Woot! Love my city! And the music video for that song: http://youtu.be/mWQf13B8epw Katie: Awesome! I hope everybody on here gets through! It'd be awesome to meet all you guys!
Big, ole' Toronto! They got most of the landmarks in that Canadian Dance video. CN Tower, Eaton Centre, Museum Subway Station, Hockey Hall of Fame, CN Rail Yard, Royal Ontario Museum, and Old City Hall. I find it hilarious that the "Spell Your Name in the Snow" move is in front of the new City Hall.
Haha, I only recognize some of the landmarks in the video, so I wasn't sure if it was all filmed in the same city or not, I've only been to Toronto once and it hardly counts since I only saw the airport and then drove to Niagara Falls... it was so foggy I couldn't even see the CN Tower (much to my disappointment).
My parents did (they spent a few days there before I flew out to join them) I just viewed the falls and went to Marineland before we boarded our train to NYC. I'd definitely like to go back though, there was so much I wanted to do, but we unfortunately only had time to do one thing.
Kristen is out of the office until next Monday, so we won't hear this week at all. No chance of early knowledge ahaha
Darn! I was hoping for an early announcement! I guess I'll just have to bite all my nails off for another week. Thanks for the heads up, Katie. Still got these fingers crossed for everybody!
Me too, the process has been fairly fast, this next few weeks are going to be tough! I'm hoping for everyone too! All our dreams can come true if e have the courage to pursue them!
I just applied on Monday...can't wait to (hopefully) get the call from Kristen in the next few weeks! I've gone through the phone interview and F2F once before but I still get so nervous....good luck to everyone!!
What happened after the F2F, did you not get a start date? That's kind of my worst nightmare, to make the trip to F2F and not get a contract.
Actually all of us from the F2F were wait listed for about a month and then dates started to get handed out..I did get one for F&B. I was super excited and all ready to go and then about 6 weeks before I was supposed to leave a bunch things happened personally and I had to make the tough call and not go...I really didn't have a choice due to some family and financial issues. It really was heartbreaking for me and ive spent the last year watching friends live out their dreams at Disney but now, hopefully, its my turn ;D
Aw, I'm sorry. I can only imagine what a difficult decision that would have been. Hopefully you will get your chance this year!
