I keep on getting it in my head that there's only really a 3 hour gap that we could hear within..Because Roger wouldn't be at work till 2pm our time..Then yummy only work till 5pm..So Im thinking they wouldn't be able to call everyone in that space of time! Im just hoping whatever he has to send them, that hopefully he's sending it by post! haha.. Im starting to chill a bit more on it now though..I guess I've realised that worrying about it won't make it come any quicker..Guess we've just gotta sit back and wait.. Did anyone ask about the possibility of going earlier than september? I got told that there was a possibility, I guess if people cancelled or something, but they said that it was quite rare that it would happen..But has happened before.. In all fairness though, I'd be happy with any date, but said I'd love to go ASAP if possible!
hey christina, this is horrible, am stuck at my sisters looking after my little nephew, cant go out anywhere coz sister forgot to leave the car seat for him and so all i can do is keep cheking my emails! dont know if am meeting mates tonight now, so do u wanna meet for a quick drink later or something, could meet in sovs or u going to ur mates for dinner?? x
JP, i was thikin that the other day, that with the time difference there would only be 3 hours for them to reply to us, unless they send the same email to everyone at once!!
I got up at 9 and checked my emails thinking that maybe Roger had emailed after Yummy had closed and Yummy would email me as soon as they open! Argh! As it is now midday I'm guessing Roger hasn't emailed them yet (he will be emailing from Chicago which is 6 hours behind) so realistically we won't hear any earlier than 4pm today because Roger has to get to his office, get some coffee, sort out the lists, email Yummy then Yummy have to let us know individually if we're successful and if we are what we're doing so the email has to be tailored. Either way don't bother checking till later this afternoon... Hopefully it'll be today! Have I looked into this TOO much lol? I don't know what else to do with my time waiting really! Laura XxXxX

I think all of us right now is thinking too much and trying to find out whats going on through assumptions. It is def not easy at all but yes we have to try and relax and not worry coz its not gonna solve anythin and its just gonna make us more anxious.........haha i think i need to chill out!! and Dan the man, next week huh??!! xxx
Yeah christina there is a spare bed 4 u if u want it! I have the whole week off work too my week will mainly consist of drinking, I wouldn't mind betting you'd be up for that lol!
Yeah, thats what I thought..But my mate told me that if they get a cancellation just after the interviews, they normally offer it as a place to someone if you get me? Like instead of having say 50 places, they'd have 51, and then would just email someone who said at the interviews they could start ASAP..She said it happened to someone on her program.. Hopefully that would mean an extra place for someone on the wait list though! But not so sure, don't no much about it, my friend just told me and got me excited! haha..Not saying its guna happen tho, as at the interviews they said it rarely happens! Also, on the subject of email..Michele told me yesterday that we would be getting a phone call..So thats why im thinking it will be tomoro..Because if roger hasn't been in touch with them, like you say, it won't be till about 3pm before he does today and they'll will have to get things sorted to call people..So I don't think they'll have time..So I reacon even if he does get in touch today, then we won't hear till tomoro! With that in mind, im not holding out much hope for today to be honest..I wouldn't even be suprised if we had to wait until Monday to be honest!
I really wish all you guys good luck. The wait is horrible. I ended up calling Yummy Jobs myself to find out because everyone from my interviews had been contacted except me. It was on a Friday and they were just leaving the office meaning i wouldn't have found out till the monday. I was in ALOT of shock that weekend though knowing i'd be going
a few people have rung yummy already and said we should expect the results today or tmw. i hope we dont have to wait over the weekend!!

Dont worry Jim..Im sure if anything it will look better on your for not hassling them! haha.. I don't actually no what I'd do if everyone from the interviews had heard apart from me and I had to wait the whole weekend! That would be just cruel, but I can see it happening! haha.. Im starting to think were not guna hear till next week now tho! Fingers crossed its today or tomoro tho! :-\
Why do u say that, i mean its only thursday and not even 2 yet. It could still come 2day or 2moro. They said as soon as they know, we'll know right?
I haven't contacted yummy either think its best we just wait it out. We will hear eventually just wish it was sooner rather than later.
I duno, I just think that if yummy did hear today, they wouldn't really wana only tell some people and not the others if you get me? If anything I think it will be tomoro.. Maybe they will ring some today and not others tho..But I think that would probs be even worse, coz that would mean the people who hadn't found out would be tearing there hair out even more! haha.. Alls we can do is keep our fingers crossed tho!
