Are you talking about Walt Disney's plans for EPCOT or the corporations plans after he died? I was thinking about this last night and if it is Walt Disney's plan before he died then there were no pavilions as it was meant to be lived in.

 

The plans to EPCOT so they have to be the Corporate Plans. Remember, there are 11 pavillions now, but how many were plan to be? Not 11 of course.
