I've applied for the CRP but still haven't heard anything from Yummy Jobs - I'm from the UK. I've heard about people getting e-mails saying they haven't got through and people getting e-mails with phone interview times, but I've had nothing! Is anyone else in the same position? I'm so worried! :'(

When did you send them your CV?

Same thing happened to me last year and I emailed them making sure they had received my CV and cover letter. Turned out they hadn't recieved it and I had to re-send.

Maybe worth ur while sending them a quick email making sure they have recieved it? If you know they have then I would still email them jst asking if you are possibly getting a phone interview?

Theres no harm in asking, they totally wont mind!

i know someone who's from my country that was contacted a year later via email after she sent off her cv. right when she gave up already.. but then they contacted her for the phone interview schedule and so on until she's accepted as a CR for my country.

i think it's a good idea to contact them to ask if they've received ur cv+cover letter, if they haven't received it then re-send it like the upper posts said, nothing to lose right? just so u get to know ur status.. good luck anyway!

Hey, thanks for all the replies! I sent my CV and cover letter back in August and re-sent it again recently, about 3 weeks ago! So they should definatly have it, i'm too scared to e-mail them in case they say I haven't got through but then the spaces for the phone interviews may be filling up. I've got no idea what to do! Has anyone had an e-mail recently about phone interviews for the CRP!?

they've replied my email and said that they've forwarded my cv and that i'll be contacted by the responsible recruiter for my country but i must be patient since they only recruit once a year and it could take months for the process.. so.. i haven't got the phone interview schedule either.. i'm still crossing my fingers too ;D

anyway, i think it's fine if u contact them again confirming they've received ur application. go for it girl, dun give up yet!

yeh i thought that too. I sent mine in early December. I really think it'll be monday before emails start rolling again. aparently the list of interviews is massive though, and i can't see them filling them on a first come first served basis so don't worry about them all the slots suddenly being taken. :) :)

Honestly I would jst send them a quick email to make sure - they wont mind! From what I can remember they send an acknowledgement email to say they have ur CV etc so if u haven't had that then I would ask to make sure.

well guys its all about waiting and patience. i guess its somehow Disney's philosophy. seriously, i had to wait like four months before I was finally selected to have the 'honor' of making a phone call to Disney in Paris. that's how it works in germany…. ::)
