Who wants to live at Patterson?

This kid! I hear it's unreal.. though a small walk from the bus stop as opposed to the Commons, but I'm sure I can stand an extra 5 minute walk in the "freezing" florida temperatures. I've seen some pictures from inside and everything looks good and clean and new! Well I guess that's cuz it's the newest res lol. Only drawback is I think right now, since it's new.. if you get put into it, it's with all new cast members.. so odds are you can't slip into a place with an already bought tv lol :/

 

Where did you see the pics mate? any idea if this one has a gym?

 

I heard UK CRP people go in the Commons. I too want to be in the one that has the gym. I plan to go 3- 4 times a week to get myself a beach body.lol

 

I am pretty sure it has a gym.. I got the pics off a blog from one of the girls down there now

Same! I think they prob all have their pros and cons! Patterson looks very nice and new etc., but I think Commons will have an amazing atmosphere! They can dump me where they like and I'll love it ;D

 

im the same really dont mind where i am as long as i have a place to rest my head if i need some kip and there are folk about to chat to im quite alright

 

Rooms look nice. I don't mind too much where i've put but i'd like to either live near other UK Cast members so i pop around and see the other guys so we can have a few beers or head on out to the parks on our days off

 

As long as i've got a bed, i don't give a toss where i'm living.

THE penthouse suit in the castle could be pretty nice

 

Here in a few words:
PATTERSON COURT
pros: brand new apartments
very nice gym: new equipment, running mills, large plasma tv
best pool: nice and clean, nice gazebos, wooden chairs etc

cons: you have to walk 8 mins to get the bus (but is the same as living at the commons in bldg 28....)
most of your friends will be at the commons and you will find yourself spending most of the nights there
there are NO dryer and washers in the apt. you will have to pay 1 buck to wash and 1 buck to dry you r clothes.

I did love my 2 ppl apt in building 4 at the commons....

 

no washers and dryers? i know this makes me sound well fussy, but after 3 years of having to use laundrettes at uni, i'm quite looking forward to having such facilities in the apartments!
