ok having been to disneyland when aged 3 (seen videos and apparantly loved rodger rabbit ride lol and ET at universal LA) i cant comment but what about everyone else! answer the question in the title for parks in WDW and the rides

 

MGM.....Rockin Rollercoaster
Epcot....Soarin
Magic Kingdom....Pirates of the Carribean
Animal Kingdom....Kali River Rapids (especially if i'm bone dry)

 

MGM: Muppets
Magic Kingdom: Pirates
Animal Kingdom: Kilamajaro safaris
Epcot: Test Track/Spaceship earth

 

Magic Kingdom = Jungle Cruise

Epcot = Test Track/Soarin'

Disney's Hollywood Studios = Tower of Terror

Disney's Animal Kingdom = Expedition Everest/Finding Nemo: The Musical (depending on what time I get there!)

 

Magic Kingdom:Thunder Mountain
MGM:Rockin' Rollin' Roller Coaster/ Tower of Terror depending on queues
EPCOT:Mission Space/Test Track again depending on queues
Animal Kingdom:Everest

Epcot- Soarin for fast pass then on single rider for fast track
Animal Kingdom- Kilimanjaro safari

 

magic kingdom - tomorrowland (not a ride as such - its where i worked and i love everything there)
epcot - soarin
studios - rockin roller coaster
animal kingdom - everest

and at universal it'd be the hulk.

MGM - Tower of Terror/Rockin Rollercoaster depending on ques

Epcot - used to to Spaceship Earth (I didn't feel like I was in Epcot if i didn't go on it first!) but they closed it the second week I was there (hopefully only for a refurb) so now i'd say Test Track

When I get to Disney's Animal Kingdom, I run straight to Expedition Everest.

 

Oops I forgot to add other 3 areas I love at Orlando.
