make sure u emphasize the fact that uve lived awya from home (if u have) they wanan make sure u wont get home sick...i dont konw if this helps!
Nope! As long as they think you'll be able to cope you'll be fine! It doesn't matter whether you already have. They may ask you if you think you'll be able to cope though- think of a few reasons why you could! Charlotte x
ive never lived away from home either kerry - i jus said i was really looking forward to being able to be independant, living with other cultures and couldnt wait to learn new languages she seemed happy with that ;D
ok cool thanks, i have lived away from home for 3 years. Its just i have applied for the police before and for the interviews you had to learn everything about the force and surrounding areas. What kinda questions did people get asked?
Q's I got asked.... Where do you come from? The worts/most positive thing about your last job. Have you been to America/WDW? Have you traveled alot, where..? Worst thing about living with others. Why do you want to work at WDW? What would you say about your home country if someone asked you? Can't remember anymore, hope this helps... Just remember, be enthusiastic, smile the whole time, make eyecontact Don't have to know anything about the company... although they do ask questions about Disney at the presentation, and you get a little gift if you answer correctly... It's probably a pluss if you show you've earned some during the interview....
i got asked, what is special about your home town? how would u describe the uk if an american asked? why do you want to work at wdw? what is special about the uk? what would you do if someone found you difficult to understand? (accents etc) hope this helps ;D
i got asked... where have u travelled? have u lived away from home where would u recommend a tourist to visit in canada (i told them outside of my province which i think impressed them) they gave me scenarios such as how would u deal with a messy roommate hahaha they asked wheres my favorite place in my hometown asked if icould speak other languages... hope this helps deary!
hmm i got asked... interview in 2004 - why do you called "Nichol"... do you kno the meaning of this name??? Do you think it fits your personality or do you actually like this name? have you ever been to WDW? Why would you like to join this Program? Do you think you're able to live with people from different countries? What do you think you would learn from this Program? If you could bring one thing to show your own culture to the other participants, what would that be and why? ...etc Interivew in 2005 Why would you like to join this program? What do you think you could learn after this program? Have you ever lived away from your family? Have you ever been to any other places?? Where? Which is your fav country and what did you learn from that country? Will you be able to share a room?? What can you bring and share your culture with others?? ... etc couldnt remember all.. but i guess you get the pic what Questions they will mostly asked ;D hope it helps you!!!!!!!! and remember to ask Qn after the interview, cos it shows how much you kno about it and how much you actually want it!!! just be yourself and dont try to lie and make things up!
