what about a toaster? is that supplied? and should i bring a bathmat? or a toothbrush holder? or a soap dispenser? what state are the shower curtains in? what about a vaccuam? what's the shelf space like in the bathroom. Is there any? Is there an ironing board and an iron? what kind of shelf/surface space is there in the bedrooms? can you use sticky tack on the walls? would powerbars/extension cords be useful? would a toaster oven/sandwich maker be good to bring? i have a rolling cart, would that be useful? how big are the desks? so many things to consider! i just bought towels and a bed in a bag.
I'm going to work down this in order as best I can... there is a toaster bring your own toothbrush holder and soap/ dispenser the shower curtain is pot luck, some are brand new when you arrive, some not you can get a vacuum from the club house there is normally a cupboard and mirror cabinate as well as counter space by the sink Iron and ironing board can be borrowed from the club house technically you can't use sticky tack or pins, every one does Power bars etc, well how many things will you need plugged in at once? there are loads of sockets, but not always i conveient places sandwich maker/ toaster oven may be good if you think you will use them enough. I'm not 100% sure exactly what a rolling cart is but I doubt you will need one. the desks are a reasonable size, but other people might have their stuff on there already or even a TV ight live there. I hope that helps a bit.
Just f.y.i on the second day that you're there you go on a HUGE Wal-Mart trip and you can buy any of the household items that you couldn't fit in your suitcase or forgot. So fear not, if you don't/can't bring something then you can get it on your second day, it makes it WAY easier to pack. Hope this helps!
I think she's driving though, so she wants to take as much with her while she has a car so as not to lug the heavy stuff on the bus!
lol, yeah I'm driving down. Rather, the 'rents are driving me. And, it's easier to space out spending and hit the sales than it is to blow it all in one trip.
