i was curious about the F2F interview. I was wondering if they quized you on how much you know about your home country
Hi stacie! no way!!! the f2f its so much fun!!!!! its like a little chat, firts have a presentation with a video and after some disney trivia with prizes! easy questions , adn after that start the interview, its just a chat, they asked why u want join the program, if u have any international experience, if u have been out of ur home loving alone, but if u havent there isnt a problem, i know peoplo with no internationall experience or living away form home and alredy working in disney, how do u know about the program, they are really nice and make u feel comfortable so dont worry about it im sure u will be ok GOOD LUCK!!! XOXO :-* :-* :-* Ely :-* :-* :-*
At no point are they ever quizzing you, so don't worry about that. Just "sell" yourself and your country. It's just loads of fun, it was just like chatting with an old friend
at my interview they were asking what i like about my city and what i would show to a tourist, or how i would sell a nutcracker...but like the other 2 said, it's pretty relaxed and fun! so don't worry! and good luck!
THANKS! That helps alot, everyone at home has been telling me that they're gonna want me to know a load on Canada, i had to find out if it was true, but thanks! i can relax now!
Have been told by former cast members that they want basically to know WHAT you know about your country and WHY Disney?? Why do you think YOU would fit as a Disney cast member?? Think of it as a regular job interview!! You gots to sell yourself, OOOZE the confidence you have within you to do this!! BE YOURSELF bottom line!! And a little pixie dust is ALWAYS useful!! ;D GOOD LUCK!
Haha what did you say about the nutcracker thing??? They only asked me what I would tell people about my country and what I think about the common idea tourists will have of Germany ( Oktoberfest, Dirndl, Nutcrackers etc. )...it was really easy, just a chat. The good thing was I had been to the parks several times, so they asked me a lot about that, which was not hard to answer lol Julia
someone was asked that question...anyway, i was one of the last to be interviewed anyway, so they didn't have that much time left...therefore it was a really quick chat...
Is it ok to say 'fun'? It's not a pressurised interview, or at least my wasn't. It was a fairly nice chat, talking about general interests, interests in Disney World, and so on.... Enjoy it
