What is exactly the H2B alumni program?

Please I am very interested to know exactly what is the H2B alumni program, what is the difference between the college program or the representative cultural program? Somebody does it program? Is it like an intenship or a real job? ???

 

the diference with the college is that u dont need to be studying when u do it, and is for 6 months... and collge only 2 or 3, u can work in any park in quick F&B, attraccions, merch, just like in college program

 

It's a program for former ICP participants. Last year a bunch of people backed out so they sent down a bunch of Canadians to fill the spots. A lot of them quit so they sent a lot of UK people down to fill those spots.

Nope two days off a week maximum, I tried to book off more and they denied it every time.

 

I think it also depends on who you have scheduling you and home many people are at your work location. I haven't done h2b yet, but I did do j-1 and if the scheduler was a nice one, they sometimes granted extra time. If that doesn't work, you can always try and give your shifts away to other CMs at your location.

yeh i gave my shifts away all the time!! there was always someone wanting extra hours.

 

and again that will depend on your managment/scheduler, at my location you could give away shifts but if it gave anyone Overtime hours you were stuck.
