Hello I am new to this board that is the question that is always on my mind about this program. This program from what it seems is a great program. I am thinking about doing this program for a chance to get out of New Jersey, meet new people and experience new things which is great. But has anyone used the fact they work for Disney in college progam for the purpose of getting a good job? if you did, did it help? Another thing I don't want to waste my time do the program, put it on my resume and not help me in the job field. Please anyone I really need advice and encouragement, thanks.
Sorry this probably won't be much help since I'm doing the program this summer and am not going to graduate for another 2 years. But if you think about it, Disney has been a Fortune 500 company since 1995 so I'm sure it wouldn't hurt having it on your resume. It also depedns what you're looking to do for a career too. Like if you want to work for Disney, obviously a huge asset to have done the program, but if you want to be say a doctor, it might not really be relevant. Ask again in 3 years or so and I can let you know if I've made it into the Disney Human Resources department
You might be better off asking this question in the alumni discussion forum since they've already completed the program
