not to sure what full time job you can get with god pay as most jobs that tend to employ younger people only really pay minium wage try so try and focus on getting customer service related experience as this will help you greatly with disney but not only disney many other employees look for this when you go into the world og work

anyways what ever you do good luck with it and i hope you get to disney soon

Depends where you live too. If you want a decent paying job, come to Alberta! I saw one Tim Horton's starting at $12/hour!!!! and I don't think it was a night shift! Crazy labour shortages!

Anyways, if you can't relocate, then jjsweets probably right. Unless you've worked somewhere through high school and moved up, it's hard to find jobs that are beyond entry level positions and most entry level jobs pay close to minimum wage. Also depending on where you live, you can't really be too picky about where you work. Like for example in New Brunswick, where the unemployment rate is something like 15%, if you have a job, then you're lucky!

So you want to find a job that you'll enjoy or else you'll end up having to find another one soon. And if you want to work for Disney, I agree that jobs that deal with customer service is good to have. I found that working at movie theatres is pretty good for that and its fun too! The only thing is it doesn't pay much, even if you're an assistant manager!
Another option is working in a restaurant. You get customer service experience and you can make a killing on tips too! And if you're really ambitious, try working for Vector marketing or a sales job, there is loads of money there if you are the right type of person for the job!

Anyways, I should stop, hope this helps!

I know that most Starbucks' pay $8.60 to start and raises are quickly followed too. They're a pretty good place to work for too, good training, great benefits (even for part time) and great discount and free Lbs of coffee every week for employees.
