Hi All, I'm looking to apply for the disney summer experience problem, I'm currently 16 (From the UK) and in my first year at college. I know you have to be 18 to apply, but I won't be 18 until february 2010, and I want to do the summer experience problem inbetween the end of college and the begining on university. Do I need to apply WHEN I am 18, or do I just have to be 18 at the time of starting the programme? Also, on the summer exchange program, will I be working in the UK in epcot, or can I do other jobs around Disneyworld (such as in MK and DHS) Sorry if this has been posted before! Josh
You have to be 18 when you start the program, not before. so apply when your 17! You can work anywhere, even epcot, but if you work in epcot it wont be in the UK pavilion that is reserved for CRP program only. You can also be working at the hotels, the water parks, downtown disney! J

Is it generally in your favour to be a bit of a disney-lover, I'm not sure whether to mention it in my application,s eeing as they may just think I'm in for a very long holiday there, rather than working! Just read around this forum, and I'me ven more sure that I really want to do this now, I'm excited!
Being a disney fanatic isn't a negative or positive thing, its pretty mute. As people i worked with at disney were more looking for a new experience. I think its better to focus on being a enthusiastic person who is looking for a adventure, and explain why you think you'd be a good disney cast member
