Hey Matt ! You will have PC access in "centers of excellence" (located in Cast areas). I read it was free use. And if u bring your laptop, u could get a net access from your apartment. Later. Emily
The internet in the rooms is free and is a LAN connection so you need a LAN table not the usual telephone line. It is on continually but you do need to bring a computer/laptop to use it. The internet in the commons center of excellence is basic but it works. As there aren't many computers there you tend to have a bit of a wait and its not 24 hours a day.
