Wellness apartments are in every complex and can be any of the apartments. It's just an apartment where anyone under 21 lives...meaning you can't have alcohol in it. You might move into an apartment that used to be a wellness apartment, or if you're under 21 you might move into an apartment that didn't used to be a wellness, but now is. There is no difference in the price just because it's a wellness. On my first program I was in a wellness apartment and stayed in there when I was 21. Even though I was old enough to drink then I couldn't because there was still a girl in our apartment who was under 21. Not really an issue for me as I don't really drink anyway, but you will probably be moved into a non wellness apartment if you become 21. Hope this was helpful!
I moved into a wellness appt even tho i was over 21 - i just had to agree not top bring alcohol into the appt - it was fine - was actually good because we couldnt have parties and stuff so meant we could sleep but we could still go to parties in other appts
