Hi guys! Quick question for you all! I got my welcome pack yesterday and have noticed on other threads people recieved a form to fax back to Disney. I am the only person who's welcome letter mentions nothing about faxing anything back! ??? ??? ???

I've just had my crb form to send to yummy, but nothing in the welcome pack. Doesn't say anything in my letter about having to fax anything!
I have read the letter about 20 times and nowhere does it mention faxing anything back! just thought i would check as the last intake of people had to fax back forms
The one to fax back is the Acknowledgment Form. I don't have mine handy to scan and show you :-\ You're supposed to sign, date and fax it back to Yummy. In the top it has fields in which they put your name and start/end dates... then its like a checklist (with sections about your medical, having to send your flight info, the assessment fee....) kind of thing, and to the left it should have your procurement ally's initials. After the list it said something like "PLEASE SIGN AND FAX TO xxx-xxx-xxxx". Then the bottom is where you sign & date.... they SHOULD have sent it to you...
I'm going July 14th and I didn't get it in my pack... Surely once you've sent your CRB to them they know you've accepted the position??
hmmm, perhaps this form is only for the Canadians that Yummy are sending then? And you guys don't have to do it? Or they just decided to scrap the form for some reason or another. I guess if you never got anything like that, you don't have to worry about it lol If anyone asks for it, it's not your fault, you never got one!
... hmm well the thing is, that acknowledgment form goes to Disney not Yummy so it's kinda important - I'd check that there's not been an oversight
Oooh i remember that form! it was a pain in the ass, had to go into a stationary box and look really silly and have to ask how to fax silly meeeee Id check guys!
Quick update! I emailed Michele and here is the reply: Hi Michelle Disney do not send the acknowledgment form out anymore. They have replaced it with the Program Information Highlights form, so nothing to fax back anymore. Please pass this on to your friends. Kindest regards Michele I was so worried incase they forgot to send it out!! ;D
aww thats cool was getting worried that they had forgotten to send out a form, so there is nothing at all we need to send back then? 8) Plus when do u think we will next hear from them, is there any more ifo they need to send out to us?
I presume next we'll hear is when our petitions for visa appointments have been successful, or when we are organising flights etc, if you haven't already!
i got an email saying ignore what it says in the welcome pack about an acknowledgement form if you were interviewed in march because its not need anymore, 'disney wanted to make the paper process even easier for you'.
I got that email too. It is weird that they didn't tell some of you that it was not needed anymore. ???
