Is the Water Park/Sports & Recreation Trainee Program a part of the cultural representation? Sorry I am confused a little.Do u apply to work for the water park/sports or apply to cast-a-way then get the option of what area you want to work? ???

    Hey there!
The cultural representative program is for internationals from all over the world and you can either apply for a merchandise or f&b position in your own pavillion at EpCot Center. There used to be other programs, too ( such as Fellowship and Hospitality but due to 9/11 they changed all that ).
The waterpark jobs ( such as lifeguard ) are offered to american college students. This is called the college program ( instead of international program ).
Working at EpCot is a great thing though as you'll live with so many amazing people from all over the world.

Hope this cleared up the confusion a bit.
