Heya Ive just been looking on Google maps... from The Commons to Golden Corral (yum!!) is only 0.8 miles... 0.9 to premium outlets... so thats walking distance! how safe is it to do this walk? i hope it is ok because once at PO there is an I-Ride Trolley stop making all of IDrive so much more accessible!! Is there anything else in walking distance? I presume non of Disney is?! Gemma
Hey the premium outlets is just over the road (not the best when you don't have any money!!) also golden corral is only a few mins walk really not to far away!!!! We walk there on a night its fine!! Helen xx
its 3.3 miles to AMC theatres accordin to this google map (its great!!) but dont know if its walkable! lol! specially after PI!! taxis shudnt b too much tho!?!? :S
i think you would get killed if you tried to walk to AMC, and theres a free bus so i really wouldn't try! A taxii is about 8 dollars aswell if you are too drunk to get on the bus, like I was last night and most of us are on a monday.
oh, and you really don't want to go to the Golden Corral, it made my friend ill! You can walk to the premium outlets, but I wouldn't do it on your own at night just in case.

i have fond memories of rollerblading to Publix via the premium outlets and Mary Queen of the Universe shrine ! can't you believe I never went to Golden Corral the whole time I was there? did i miss out??
You can't really walk anywhere here in Central Florida. If you wanna rollerblade to Downtown Disney, it's a good 20-25 mins. As for you ladies, I wouldn't walk anywhere outside Commons alone because I've heard bad things have happened. Mainly it's just common sense, stick with your buds and you'll be good. For all you Canadian girls, the Canadian guys watch out for you at Pleasure Island (the Disney club area) and anytime I go out with girls I look out for them, since Orlando is full of tourists from everywhere so some people are shady. hey everyone dont worry about the walking thing buses (well i was there for the summer this is how it worked anyway) run till about 2ish to PI and it not really that far to get anywhere. if you want to go to the outlets get the bus to commoms and walk it so no that far and from there you can get the trolly for a few $ into down town orlando and universal and all that so dont worry it all fine. just stay to gether partically the lady at night and you will all have a really fun time xx
