    I think that everyone applying for the summer program for next year will be in the same boat. think almost everyone gets a phone interview for the summer program, so you have a ways to go until you are accepted onto the program, but I am sure you will do good anyhow! ;D

    this is the letter i got:
    Greetings!

    Thank you for your interest in the Walt Disney World Programs. I had called earlier as I had tried emailing this information, but with no luck. As you have a hotmail address this may be the reason and it is suggested to add our email address to your address book, so any future messages from us are not blocked!

    Imagine the excitement of living, learning, and working at the Walt Disney World® Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, U.S.A.! Now you can make the dream a reality by becoming a part of the Walt Disney World® International College Program. The Walt Disney World® International College Program is planned to take place in the summer of 2008. The program offers unique working, living, and learning experiences in the summer of 2008. If you are successful you will be eligible for a visa for this period only.

    The Walt Disney World® Resort is looking for individuals to arrive in the USA on the following approx dates: June 5th and June 25th. The Program ends at the start of September.

    ¨ You must be enrolled in an accredited 3 or 4 year University or College, and be between academic years during your school’s summer vacation.

    ¨ Students of all disciplines are welcome to apply.

    ¨ Jobs: Quick Service Food & Beverage, Merchandise, Operations, Full Service Food & Beverage, Custodial, Lifeguards.

    ¨ Pay rate: $6.67-7.17 per hour. Minimum of 30 hours per week is guaranteed.

    ¨ Insurance: You are required to provide your own health insurance for the duration of the program (Approx £55).

    ¨ Relocation Assistance: You are responsible for the costs of your round-trip flight (Approx £500-£600)

    ¨ Housing: Is provided by the Walt Disney World Co. at a cost of $70 - $91 per week. Bedrooms are shared by two people.

    ¨ Transportation: To and from work locations and housing complexes is provided by the Walt Disney World Co.

    ¨ Program Dates: There is no flexibility in the program dates. You must arrive and depart on the exact dates stated in the job offer.
