waiting list

has anyone been on the waiting list and then got in??

 

Not myself, but I know someone who has,

 

i know plenty of people who were on the waitlist and then got in!

 

thats always good to hear,

did they wait long to get offered a position?

 

noy myself, i was on waiting list and not got an offer but a girl in my same interviews who was on waiting list too got an offer, whe have intterviews on october and got her date to leave in march and i know many people who first was on waiting list and got the offer so think positive!

where are u from???

i know that for example in Canada is more usual to use the waiting list, i see many canadians on waiting list and a few weeks after they got the job

 

im from uk and i got waitlisted and like 3 days later offered job

 

I was on the waitlist for 3 months and then they emailed with a start date, and a girl I know last year waited 5 months on a waitlist!

 

im from sunny scotland, down here in the good old uk
