Vista Way Phones

Does anybody know the number that you have to dial on the vista way apartment phones before you can dial an outside phone number?

it says in your resource guide

 

I am pretty sure it is the same as the other complexes and it was 8 in the commons

 

Ya I think it was 8 when I was at vista

 

Strangly i have my resourse guide still and just checked and it is defo 8 for an outside line
