It's always a good idea to contact the embassy about your Visa information. They don't always get in touch with you in time. but the sooner you get it done, the sooner you can relax and kick back.
Your departure date isn't until May, correct? You'll get your visa paperwork roughly one month before your departure date, Yummy Jobs will send it to you. Once you have the paperwork you can book your appointment with the Embassy.
