I doubt there is a dress code but it can never hurt to look smart. If all goes well I will definitely bust out my suit (I don't get the chance to wear it very often!)
When you get your information about applying for your visa it says to dress smart-casual so I just wore a good pair of jeans and a nice top so it wasn't too over the top smart but not casual either. There were loads of people there who were in casual dress though so I don't think it is something that you HAVE to do, it is just good to make a good impression on the people doing your interview.
