  1. Now that the majority of us have been selected (and hopefully in time all of us shall be going) when we apply for the visa do any of you know whyat questions or how we go about it?

This is off topic but I've seen your posts about how you're a Lord and I just wanna know what that is?
I live in New Zealand and I don't really know anything about royalty. Do you do royal stuff and live in a castle? :p

You should be fine. Kristin from Yummy Jobs said there has only been a case of one person being refused a visa on the graduate programme I'm doing. And that was because he was from a country where it was hard to get one.

Since 9/11 anyone from a country linked to terrorism is shown extra caution.

Well before they can issue you with the visa they have to have all the paperwork from Disney. So whoever was responsible for your recruitment will contact you when you can book a visa appointment. It is usually about a month before your departure date.

So um countries with connections to terrorism are on extra caution, oh well I'm from N. Ireland so I should be OK, LOL I just know now that if I get through to the visa stage I'll have trouble.

Getting the J1 visa is not as bad as it is made out to be, the embassy is a pain in the arse but if you follow the forms and you don't have a criminal background, they wont decline the visa

  10. oh right thats good then lol. just feels like there is always some kind of fence in the way and just getting the job is only the easy part. but I know I have been well behaved so hopefully no worries
