Visa interview

What do you wear for the interview at the embassy?

 

Good question, i have been asking all of my friends that (ppl who are not going) and nobody seems to know! Anybody out there who can help??

Mine is on thursday, in Paris.

I think I will be dressed up, just like I did for my Disney's interview.
I won't wear jeans or tennis shoes.
That is gonna be a very important interview, a crucial moment for our future...
Well, I think I'll wear a black outfit...

Ive been asking all my family the same and they are like 'erm Gem what you think' so i'm guessin u wanna impress the person who is considerin your VISA so dress to impress and nobody can beat that in the good old business suit.xxx

 

I've done the interview two months ago........i wear normal clothes....

i've been meaning to ask... what exactly happens at your interviews?? the canadians didn't have to do that... we were just sent a letter and that was basically our visa. we just had to get the I94 card at customs.

Dont worry about what to wear - just your usual clothes are fine!

I went smart casual in black trousers but loads of people there were just wearing jeans and trainers - theres no need to dress up at but I guess it cant help.

Like matt said - just dress up warm!!! We were all frozen when we went as were left queuing outside for 2 and a half hours!!!

it was the MMR vaccine! got a letter thru sayin theres a mumps outbreak in scotland! id rather not catch that!
