Visa Interview 22nd August in London

hello all!!

i got my visa stuff yesterday and so booked my interview at the embassey in london. My appointment is at 10am on 22nd August.

Who else is going that day?? I thought we should all plan to meet up that day and go together?? Apparently we will be there most of the day...So it'd be better to hang/wait about together.

:'( I rang about an hour ago and they could only do the 23rd! So I guess I'll be following in your footsteps a day later! Just accepted it whatever though- hoping someone else will be the same day!

hey guys,
thats a shame cause i have my interview on the 30th August cause im in spain on the 22nd. at 12.45. and was told the same story that i could be waiting up to 4 hours???!!!!

They gave me loads of dates so i said the 26th as i'm holiday till the 24th, and i went for the 9am appointment in the hope that i may not have to wait for as long! The woman on the phone told me to make sure i have no blisters of cuts on my fingers as they'll need to scan my fingerprints!

 

yeah they ask u to do that cos when u go to the usa now they ask u to do fingerprints etc so they need to have u on file or omething i think ???

 

they already scanned my finger print n took a photo when I went to usa last time. suppose they'll still need to scan them tho!!

oh I go on 22nd august too at 1:15!

 

yeah they did the same with me - but i spose they want to check were not criminals or something? ;D

 

thats scary....i know they say no two fingerprints are alike...but wot if they were and urs matched like a big scary murder or something s arghhhh the possibility!!! hehe.

woooo! i got all my visa stuff thru the post today. So im just sorting it all out now. Trying to fill these scary forms online.

lol i had a look at it got a bit confused so im gona wait til i see my dad later and he can help me hes good with stuff like that ;D

 

i just done my form... as far as i can work it out its only one form for girlies and two for boys its all finished now tho. just gotta get up to london now

oh and i gotta pay for this thing too....60quids arghhh expensive!!!!

 

u know on that form thingy ds-156 or whatever it is. where it says national id number is that our national insurance number? or am I totally off on one?

 

craig, I spose you do not have a national id number, yet. You will get this number the day you arrive in the U.S.!!! one would only have a national id number, if one had already gotten a Visa before...
thus, you gotta leave this line blank...

hey im also going to be there on the 22nd at 1.15! think the place will be swarming with disney people!!

 

we will all defo have to meet up. i have quite an early interview but apparenly will be there for 4 hours approx. so i'll meet u all in the place. xx

 

ne1 who done their insurance thu gateway heard nething yet? I haven't, they take a long time?
