Wonder if any1 can help me. I couldn't get an appointment for London as they were full so have to go to Belfast now on april 12th. Can any reccoment any hotels which are near the embassey to get the visa as i will have to stay the night before? thanks Ian.
Hey it depends when your going but im planning on doing it in a day, easyjet seem to have quite a lot of flights at least from glasgow so i presume there mite be more from down there, its only like a couple of busses away from the airport apparantly, you get a bus from the airport to the city centre and then a bus from there to the consulate, so not too bad Ive got a flight over at 7am, get in at 8, interview at 11, back to the airport and home on the flight back to glasgow at 5 I think thats a fair amount of time? Depends dont know about hotels though i didnt go down that road Andrew
3 hours for airport -> consulate should be ample. If in doubt and in a group, get a taxi - the cost between four was nominal.
