hey, im stuck filling in forms as per! right, when they ask for national identification number, is that the same as national insurance number, or do i just leave it blank also, does state/province not apply to uk people? AND are they fussy that you get the exact dates of previous visits to the UK right? i dont remember what dates i went on holiday years ago!
oo and also, for address/name of people you stay with, what do you put, cos you dont know where you will be living yet? and it asks for phone number as well?! argh this is so confusing i've been trying to do these forms nearly 2 hours i'm getting so stressed out!!!!!
for address if u are in halls and stuff put ur parejts address and phone number or if its ur addy in the states put in the addy u got for ur crb check from yummy jobs
the address in the states is on that 'help with filling out the visa form' thingy, I put down the vista way address, then you put Sue Sharpe and her phone number as the person you're staying with. it's all on there somewhere for state/ province I put my county, and used my NI number for national identification... forms got approved so I'm guessing that's all right!
