Hey, I saw that there was a Toronto thread but not a Vancouver one yet. So here I am making one so we can get to know each other.

My name is Jessica, I'm 21 and from Surrey, which is not too far from Vancouver so luckily for me I won't have a long journey to the interviews.

I saw in the other thread that the Toronto interviewee's are going out to dinner, anyone interested in doing that? It might be nice to get to know each other!

 

Hello! I'm Tiziana and I'm 20 years old. Also from Surrey. I am also very excited about the interviews!! Only.. 34 more days!

 

I would be totally interested in going out for dinner the night before. It will make the Monday less nerve wracking to see some familiar faces, that's for sure.

You guys are all from the mainland! Anyone else going from the island?

I would be up for dinner the night before as well, that way I can spend the night in Vancouver and not get up ridiculously early to travel the morning of. This is a good idea!

I've been to the Island... Does that count?

 

Hey I'm Melissa from SURREY (oh yes another surrey girl). Anyone else wondering why they couldn't have made the interview a bit later? Even being in Surrey it's a good 45 minutes especially since it will be rush hour time, so I will have to leave before 7:30am.

I'm coming to the Vancouver interviews I'm originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba but currently doing a working-holiday visa in Australia so I'll be flying to Vancouver from Sydney a couple days before and staying for a week. Hey my names Dan and I'm from Newfoundland. I'm planning on going to the Vancouver interviews, I just started a work term in Alberta yesterday and I don't know if they're going to like me asking for a couple days off so soon but I'm going to try. With any luck I'll meet you guys in Van city. And well done to Cherish on coming that far.

 

Hey Jessica! I sure am working in Australia right now! Sydney to be more specific. I am really excited to come back home for the interview. I did the CRP Program once before in 2008-2009, it's what started my addiction to travelling and meeting new people x

 

Wow, that's so cool; so you're kind of a Disney veteran! What are you doing for a job? Someone I went to high school with is working at Lululemon is Queensland and she posts really awesome pictures on Facebook.

Hey all, I'm Leah, and I'm a 21 year old from the Shawnigan Lake area on Vancouver Island though I'm at school in Victoria this term. I think I'm going over to Vancouver Sunday night (I have to work in the morning, I think), so unfortunately I'm not sure if I'll be able to make anything for dinner, but I would certainly be interested in meeting up for something beforehand. I totally agree that seeing some somewhat familiar faces Monday morning could help!
