what kind of information/forms/health documents (if any) do we need to take to the US embassy in London? do you get an answer on the visa straight away?
They will let you know everything that you need to take. Its just basically your completed visa forms and passport. Thats about it. They tell you then whether you have been given the visa or not and then it takes about 5 days to be delivered.
