Don't know if anyone else has read this on the embassy website, but if you've got your visa appointment after 1st Feb, then you have to fill out a DS-160 form instead of the DS-156. I emailed Michele, but she didn't know, so I emailed the embassy and they confirmed it, so thought I'd post in case people didn't know
