UK Results 2013

After my 3rd time applying i just got this:

Greetings from the Yummy Jobs Team!


We would like to thank you for your interest in the Disney International Programs and more specifically the Cultural Representative Program.


After careful review of your application the Yummy Jobs Team is delighted to inform you that you have been successful through to the pre-selection event recruitment stage.


Your pre-selection event will be held on Thursday the 28th February 2013 at Brasserie Blanc Restaurant, 9 Belvedere Road, Southbank, London, SE1 8YP.



The Yummy Jobs Program presentation will begin at 14:00 and we request that you arrive for

registration at 13:45. Transport to the venue is at your own expense.



Once the presentation is complete you will be scheduled a group interview session which will last for approximately 45 minutes.



We would also ask that your availability for the program covers periods throughout 2013 and up until July 2014.



Please reply directly to this email to confirm your attendance. Please not places are limited and we must receive your confirmation by no later than Monday 18th February 2013.



In preparation for your interview please be prepared to bring the following items with you:

· A copy of your most up to date CV with a passport style picture attached

· A photocopy of any previous U.S. visas that you have been issued, this includes your visa page and your actual visa petition document

· A photocopy of your passport page

· One item that you feel authentically represents the United Kingdom or your home town

It seems everyone is going on the 28th. Last time there were 2 different interview dates, i assume not as many people got through if there is only one date.

 

There was only one interview date last time as well, at the same place. The morning seemed to be for people from around the London area, afternoon seemed to be people from furthest away, Scotland, Wales and the northeast/south west. Good luck to you all and we'll done!

 

Ah ok, mines the 2pm one.

Anyone know what they are going to take in regards to this?

I have no idea, I think I'm going to have to go for something really creative though to stand out. Does anyone know how many people applief or got through to this stage?

 

Last time i went we only had to tell them what was good about where we live. And there were roughly about 150/200 people last time.

Do you think it means if you have previously worked there? I haven't got any USA Visa's

 

Yay I'm In, Can't wait go my email and I literally screamed I was so excited.

Congrats to everyone that got through to the first interview stage!! And to those that didn't make it, don't loose heart.... for most people it takes a long ass time to get to WDW but its worth it in the end!
