This is a question for cast members who have done the ICP and accepted on the CRP:.........

Are the interviews similar, like do they ask the same sort of questions or are there specific ones because the programs are different???

    Thank you!!!

I did the J1A last year, and interviewed for the CRP this year, and I must say the interviews were completely different! I was asked totally different questions in my CRP interview. I didn't get asked about my home town or the UK in my J1A program interview, so I think that's specific to the CRP.

    Hi,

I'm on the CRP at the minute and did the summer program 2 summers ago. When I went for the interview I wasn't asked anything about my home or surroundings, I was asked ALL about my previous program. Just be prepared to get some questions way out of left field and you will be fine.

    Good luck

    Hi Poonam,

I havent actually had a n interview with yummy as yet but the interviews vary alot between the two programmes. What i have been told is that for the CRP they need someone for the U.K pavilion and so they need to know that you can authentically represent your country and so questions casn be based around that. The College programme is slightl different as you can go for pretty much any role in the park and so your own working background, own career progresion etc will be asked about. hope this helps!!!
