THIS IS SO EXCITING!!! I was at work when I found out they were open and for the last 20 minutes I couldn't concentrate at all! So glad to have got it sent in, now just lots of waiting and wishing on stars! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Hey guys. Fingers crossed for you all, I'm on my last few weeks of the UK F&B CRP and I've just applied for the 2013 Summer Work experience whilst I'm at uni. Took me a while to get here, but I can tell you it was worth it so I'm hoping for a second round. Prepare for trials and tribulations, be patient and stay positive whilst you're applying that's the best advice I can give. You're in for an amazing year.

Is anyone else's Yummy Jobs page saying that the 2013 applications open Nov 30th again?

I applied yesterday and now I have gone onto it again today and it has gone back to the orginal applications opening date.

I'm a little worried that I dreamt yesterday lol..

This has happened to all of us Aimee, I'm assuming it's a site glitch as when I go on my info page there are PHP error boxes al over! Hoping it should all be sorted by Monday We'll have to wait and see.... nothing we can do over the weekend... just hope they haven't lost any applications!!! xx

I feel slightly sick... fixing rest of my CV today hopefully all ready to be sent at 7pm on Monday (Sucks working a bank holiday -.-)

 

Ah, that does suck.
I pulled a sicky the other day so I could get my CV and Cover Letter done so I could apply lol.

Once the applications are open you just want to apply asap, don't ya? Haha.

Haha, you're so naughty! I was at work when I found out applications were open, about 20 mins before the end of my shift, for the last 20 mins I couldn't concentrate at all, I was trying to make pizzas but I just couldn't think of the toppings! I was like 'what on earth is chicken!?'

Luckily my application has been ready for over a month so when I got in I sent it straight away, after one last read through!

 

Haha! That's hilarious. What's chicken?! Lol.

I can imagine, I bet that 20 minutes was the slowest 20 minutes of your life!!!

I'm just nervous about hearing back from YJ now. Scary times! Fingers crossed for everyone though!

is anyone else finding that the yummyjobs site is still having problems? I cant currently upload my CV and cover letter and I thought i would try it today and the site won't load. Don't want to miss the deadline... :-\
