hey guys, i was wondering if anyone knew what the situation for people who wanted to take in a few church services every now and then....does disney have a chapel or something? a shuttle to a local church? cheers, mallory
hey mallory in Florida there's a church at every five house id say ( not quite lol but very near) , so i dont think youll have probles finding one near the common's or even disney ... i guess there must be one in the disney area , but still thats just a guess but you defo dont need to worry about finding a church for a one in a while service hope this helped byebey joelle
I'm not religious myself, but my family are so I discovered all about these things when they came to visit. I guess it depends on what type of church. ??? There's actually a catholic church, Mary queen of the Universe Shrine, http://www.maryqueenoftheuniverse.org directly opposite the commons. It's actually the closest building to the commons, you have to walk through the car park to get to Publix or the outlet mall. Disney also offers religious celebrations everyweek in the Polynesian resort (think that's still where it is?). They have two services on a sunday. One at 10am and one at 11am. One is a Catholic service, I'm not sure what the other is. Without a car, these are going to be the easiest to get to. Any other chruchs will require a cab ride. Ona x
hey, thanks for the information. i'm not catholic, so i think i'll stay away from the church, but perhaps i'll check out the service disney provides.
