Does anyone know what kinds of questions to expect for the UCF 6 month program interviews? I've been looking through the discussions but can't find anything and i'm getting nervous now!! ???

I don't know anything about the October UCF sorry, but i will let you know what to expect for the interview!
Any thread on interviews here should have the type of questions that will help you, I don't think I was ever asked anything specific about the UCF part of the program, except maybe why it interested me? Most of the question are to do with past work experience, why you want to work for Disney, the customer service aspect of things and also I was asked about previous travelling, how I'd cope with change and living with different people. hope this helps! xx Word of warning by the way you will have 6 months ahead of you of people never being able to pronounce your name!!!!
hehe...i've had 21 years of people not being able to pronounce my name, so hopefully, if i get it, 6 months will be fine !! thanks for the help! xx
It certainly makes for a talking point with guests anyway, they just cant understand where the V sound comes from and why the h is there at all! ;D Kinda infuriating though when your managers and co-ordinators still cant say it after 6 months! xx
They'll ask you typical ones... like why you want to work for Disney... why you think the programme would benefit you. They will probably throw some in about sharing living accomodation with people too... like how you might deal with a conflict with housemates. It's nothing to get nervous about. If ur applying for the UCF programme I'm sure you've done the sharing with people thing already at your university so you can just talk about you're experience there.
The main questions i was asked were the obvious stuff like why do i want to work for disney, how would i get on living with lots of people from other countries, where would i like to work and how would my previous experience help me. We were asked about our hometown as well, so it helps to know a bit of interesting info about that. It'll probably help to have 1 or 2 questions to ask them, the person who interviewed me seemed to really like talking about what she does while working for disney so i asked about that! It really isn't anything too difficult, it's more of an informal conversation than anything else! Good Luck ;D
I had Roger, he seemed really nice. He didn't ask me that many questions thou, mainly about how I would cope with the weather?!
The interview is very short from what i can remember (i had mine for this program back in May last year!) Again i got asked about sharing accomodation with others and why i wanted to work for disney, they also asked me why i wanted the particular roles i opted. One hint though, if there is a particular area you don't want to do tell them, as you are less likely to get it, and its hard to change areas once you are here, unless it is for medical reasons once you are out here. (i am one of the only people on the oct 07 start to change roles and they only let me change for medical reasons.)
