    Hey Hey
I was in the same boat, except i wanted to transfer money from home to my bank account in the states, the best thing to do is when you sign up with disney they will give you a payroll card, its just like a cash card, it doesnt have your name on it, so the best thing to do would be go to suntrust, there is one in wal-mart, or to partners bank, and open a real account, and you can transfer via paypal. i dont think it ever charged me, just depends on the exchange rate i think

    hope this is some help

you can also wire the money to your accout it takes like 48 hours. for this you need the iban /swift number from your uk account - lloyds now include this on your mothly statements if you bank with them. You can wire the money for a charge from western union locations but you can also send from your partners / sun trust account.

Sending from paypal does work as well but i found it cost more as i had to pay a percentage to withdraw the cash whereas with wiring it was a set fee so it depends on the amout you send also paypal can take longer.

I did hear of people setting up for their wages to go directly to their uk account but thats aopparantly really difficult to set up and u lose a lot of the money in the fees for paying in $ and stuff - ot usre if this is still possible if you get paid on a card now and not directly to your account

Paypal also have a limit of I think £500 a year unless you are a business. Don't quote me on the 500 quid bit but there is a definitely a set amount that you can withdraw per year.
