Hey guys, as part of the tradition you will have a throw in. This is just a quick message to urge you all to come. You will be tired, you will just want to go to bed but..... You will regret if you didnt go to your thrown-in! It's so much fun I promise, see you all there, Kev

Might I ask exactly what the throw in is? It sounds vicious to me :-\
