Hey everyone , this post is really for those of us who have been accepted to the face to face interviews in September and for the people who will eventually make it to the f2f's! It's for those of us who are a lil unsure and curious about it ...i was hoping someone out there who has had a face to face interview could be kind enough to share their experience of it and tell us how it went and maybe what to expect? (I know that's cheeky but im clueless!!) I'm sure the the rest of you in this situation want to hear about it too!? I can't be the only one getting restless waiting to hear more from yummy! -so please if anyone has anything to add, or share please do so thankyuuu Aya

Hey Aya and Stephie, nice to meet you. I am also going to the face to face interviews... pretty nervus now aint had much time to think about it though lol. How exciting though right? p Good luck, James
Hey yeah i know i haven't thought about the actual interview yet just kind of drifting in and out of the forums and noticed there was no one talking about it which is why i thought id post something hoping it will get us all a little prepared and hopefully we'll get to know each other a lil more and be looking forward to seeing you all at the interview when and wherever it may be Aya
I finally heard back from Yummy after the first e-mail they sent me went mysteriously missing and I am through to the F2F! I'm just hoping my spam filter doesn't decide to eat the e-mail they send me about this interview as well
me as well i dont wanna wait any longer to hear about the interview i want it now! good luck to everyone when we finally get to the interviews!! steph
Hey! I had my interview in march and was accepted for the CRP rpogram starting december, so here is my interview experience: You arrive and have to fill in forms for about half an hour. you then get to go to the presentation where there are some fun questions where you can win prizes, then they explain more about the program and how many positions are available etc and you watch a video about the program which gets you unbelievably excited and desperate to get accepted. you then get given your individual interview times. your interviews will be in pairs. until your interveiw you get to do whatever you want. i advise getting something to eat, as my interview was postponed and i ended up having no energy when it came to the actual interview. from my interview experience, they asked me three questions, and the otehr person three questions. usually at least one of them is about the united kingdom, so i advise lots of brush up on that. others are sort of typical interview questions. my main advice is completely be yourself! be enthusiastic etc. i waved my hands around and talked about the spice girls and mick jagger, so you cant get much worse than that. the recruiters from disney and all teh staff at YJ are really nice people, so they instantly make you feel at ease. all in all, its actually a really fun day! The best of luck to everyone who has a F2F, and hopefully some of you will get the same start date as me- december 4th!
it looks like its the interview structure is the same for them all, i'm on the grad program and got asked about sharing a room with someone else, why i wanted to do the roles which i had opted for on the sheet and asked why disney! the best advice i can give is be yourself and smile!
when u go into the big hall for the presentation remember to smile and say hello to the people who greet u - they will be interviewing u later!
Yay thats great thanx Jennifer and pinkspider!! i get it.. i think.. so when it gets to the individual interview its 2 interviewees with yummy employer example (me)+(other applicant)+Yummy or (me)+Yummy I think i'd get even more nervous having someone else sat in there with me!! Aya
hey, its not yummy who interview you its disney recruiters, but yeah it wil be 2 applicants to one recruiter, i thought it would be weird, but its so ur more comftorble and its more like a chat, i was so nervous before but after i was buzzing because it went well. well i thought so, obv it worked as i fly out dec 4th u never no some of u may be in my arrival group with jennifer exciting only 4months to go woo
it will be you and the disney persona dn possibly another applicant - i think someone said that in some interviews they interviewed in groups of 3 as well as pairs. i didnt realise i would be interviewed in a pair so it was quite disconcerting to find that out and the worse part of it is that afterwards u compare urself to how the other person did!!! but its not that bad the interview is a lot more casual than i expected
Hey guys, all that informtion was so helpful, thanks, i am also going to the September interviews and am really excited about it! Being interviewed in pairs is quite good i guess, as you will be able to bounce of each other and feel enthusiastic! and also you are both accepted, u have made a friend for life! LOL - - Now this is what is really confusing me! What are we supposed to wear, as a guy am i supposed to wear a suit, or smart trousers and a nice polo, or nice trousers and a shirt! I just really dont know! If anyone could help me i would be very stoked! September interviews here we come!!! Speak soon Harry P.s you can add me on face book if you like Harry Seymour - Woodham Surrey!!
Hey harry i don't think you need much help deciding what to wear sounds like you got it in 1 smart trousers n either polo (maybe add a blazer to finish off the outfit ) or a shirt both very smart which ever you feel better in ^.^ however that is just my opinion, i'm sure you'll make the right choice! what were you saying about Paris? Aya
from what i remember from my ICP f-2-f interview you have to wear business atiree...think the one we go to in sept will be the same...but yummy jobs will let you know in the next few weeks ;D
My recommendation? Sit front and center. The most important thing is for them to remember you. If they see you smiling and that you are genuinely interested during the presentation they'll remember you later on. It also shows you're not shy and withdrawn since those kind of people tend to sit at the back. Also when she asks questions, ANSWER THEM! Not only will you stick in Kim's mind but you also get some cool prizes.
Am sure am missing somthing.. If I get asked to attend a F2F.. I thought it would be in London.. Why would we have to go to paris for this? It's a nice idea but It's also odd because were going to Florida if we get in? Can sombody just explain this to me a little. Thanks. Matt
i remember i sat middle and i answered a question, it was like where else in the world is there a disney world? i was like paris, and i got a pen! lol and i wore a shirty top thing that had a tie attached lol and black trousers and heels! and had my hair straight and natural make up 2. oh and try and have like a folder with all your stuff in it 2.
