Hy!! I would like to know is it true that lot of cast member abandon during first week or fists months?? There are lot of termination ????? Thankxxx!!!
Hi yeah... there are people that do leave, I have friends that left their contracts early for lots of reasons... sometimes the whole experience doesn't meet some people's expectations, they miss their boyfriends/girlfriends/family. I know of a couple of people who left because they didn't enjoy the job, I think that they thought that the job would be easy and were suprised to be working 11 hour shifts on somedays!!!! You just have to do what's right for you I don't have statistics or anything but I think its probably just the same as any other job in terms of leaver rates/people being fired - don't worry! - just make the most of it while you're down there (I'm sure you will!)
I know people who bailed in their first couple of weeks. There will be times where you feel like you can't take it, are so home sick and want to go home. Call home 20 times a day, but stick it out. YOU WILL MAKE IT!!! Everyone goes through it the first couple weeks and then again about the 3 month mark and the 6 month mark. Two of my bestest friends went home early and both regretted it huge when the time to leave came around. Home will always be there, but your chance in Florida may not. Shan
