OK so I'm a little overly excited about my weekend so decided to share it with everyone. I went to see Take That on Wednesday last week in Cardiff and had a rubbish view so we went to Milton Keynes on Saturday and brough Gold Circle Tickets. It was the most fantastic concert I had ever been to. Beverly Knight and the Sugarbabes were supporting them and they had fireworks and everything. Oh and Lulu was there. It was brilliant!!
That's cool, I used to be a Thatter as well ;D It seems like a lifetime I saw them performing together. Do they actually have new pieces or are they mostly playing old songs? Good to hear you had a great time! Julia
They played the song that's off their Ultimate Collection which was a song they recorded for the Never Forget album but it wasn't put on there and they rerecorded it for this one called 'Today I lost you' I think which was fab. The rest was all old stuff apart from a rap called Apache 2006 that Jason sang, and they did a Beatles medley which was brilliant! They also did a Tango version of It only takes a minute with a real Brazillian (I think) Tango dancer dancing with all the boys and that was fantastic! Really good show. One of the best I've ever seen!
Whooooo!! A fellow Thatter!! Yay! Saw them twice at wembley in May - absolutley fantatsic. Same that Disney start date clashes/ over lapped with the stadium dates so i didnt get 2 c any of them :'( wld have loved 2 tho. Nic xx
Was the arena tour good? The line up was different by all accounts as they had 2 different programmes one for the arenas and one for the stadiums
Hey Yeah, omg, it was amazing - thats y i went twice!! Yes, i do beleive the line up was somewhat diiferent, not sure how tho! It really was amazing. Had seats up the side both times, and whilst it wld have been gud 2 been on the flat at the front, being up the side meant that there was no1 in front of me at all! so had gr8 view whcih was gr8. Take That should be arrested for crimes against music. Surely they cannot be making a comeback.Please tell me no. The only semi talented one (Fat Robbie) isn't even in the band anymore. its's a sad day indeed

OK so everyone can have an opinion but I think maybe you're being a bit harsh on Take That there and as NicolaB said if you don't like them fine but that doesn't mean other people cant! Just to annoy people more I've attached a pic below

Ah I love Mark he's so sweet. He was gong on about his soon to be baby as well at the concert as the misses was there and she's due really soon.
Yay!! a Take That thread!! I went to see them on Sunday at Milton Keynes and I met up with Jo and Kirsty from these boards! It was amazing!! I was such a massive take that fan when i was at school so seeing them live again after all these years made me feel so emotional! :'( ;D And they all still look gorgeous !!
me too! i like their music way better....but back then i really loved take that, and their shows (which i think were better then westlife's!)...don't know if i would go to, but i still think take that should do a european tour! with a show full of old hits it must still be awesome to see them! but as for right now i can't wait to see robbie in august (did i tell you yet julia, i got a ticket! and by incident the same day moni is going...the ticket booth at karlsplatz got some tickets back! so can't wait!)
In fact I think some of them look better than they did first time around. Never really liked Howard but he is looking HOT!!! :-* I like Westlife too but Take That are better in my opinion. Going to see Westlife in Coopers Feild Cardiff on July 14th and can't wait
it's true, they're in great shape! saw that documentary where the four of them got together, then waited for robbie, he didn't come...don't know if you know what i mean...anyway, already then i thought they look better then back then! not the cute boys anymore but really hot and sexy! wish i could see westlife again this year, but they're not touring europe either!
