Is anyone who's gonna be in the UK on July 7th and 8th gonna try and get a ticket next week? The line up already looks spectacular! I don't want to Q for ages though... I think if you've been more than 3 times you should automatically get a ticket!
Sounds pretty cool. But I won't be in Scotland till July 14th I was already gutted that I won't be able to go to Reading festival and now this one as well. Why are the dates for my internship that stupid?!?
Pretty hard. They go on sale at 9am on Friday. They usually sell out in about an hour... Think there is a second batch go on sale in May though. Not sure whether to que early or try on the net...
I dont know for certain but I think they could be around the £120 mark this year... Hopefully I'll be able to say exactly on Friday ;D
i normally go to the V festival but I'm not going this year as im saving for disney and wouldnt be able to go anyways hehe
Think your right Stu, £115 for camping ticket plus booking fee etc. A few of friends told me it was full of neds last year and there was loads of fighting. That puts me off. A bit.
I missed last year so I wouldn't know... But every other year you've had neds (as you'd expect) but they're just daft and dont really bother anyone other than each other. I'd say it's well worth giving it a go if you can afford it and get a ticket ;D
if i wasnt going to disney i would probably be going to glastonbury or leeds festival. but i am happy to have a disney summer instead
Yeah, i'll be going this year. I went last year and it was fantastic. Highlights were Wolfmother, The View, The Rifles, Kula Shaker, The Who, The Chillies and Charlatans for me. Should be good this year, heard rumours of the line up.Getting a ticket is a total nightmare though.
Gutted... doesnt look they're going on sale this week! Oh well Have to continue to wait... As long as The View are there I'm going! (Think they are headlining the NME on the Saturday). The View are on Fiiiiire!!!
Yeah, the View, The Fratellis and The Killers are all 100% confirmed. Seen the View at The Carling Academy couple of weeks back as part of the NME Tour.. Have to say they were the best band by a mile.
awww man,im gutted im missing T this year,ive been every year since 2003!!! Its great,i love it!!!!!!! best weekend of the summer by far - maybe even the best weekend of the year!!! Even when the weathers not that great its still fantastic!!!!
So who ended up with tickets then? My mate sat on the net for 40 minutes and had 3 folk trying on their phones and didn't get any. I had no idea it was so competative!

a ned = a chav..... people who stand in the street and get drunk,shout abuse at everyone as they go by,start fights,mug people,deal drugs etc etc etc the uniform of said ned is: tracksuit bottoms tucked into white socks rolled up to the knee,bright white trainers,track suit top and burberry cap..... girls go by the names of "crystal" "Chantelle" or "Kelly Marie" and are usually mothers by the time they reach 14 years old!! in a word - idiots.
