Hi there!! I applied to disney world as of december 14, 2010, and I just received an email telling me I have a phone interview (with Kristen from Yummy Jobs). ;D Is there anyone out there who can tell me what to expect? Thanks!
I might be able to help - It was really easy, so definitely don't get too worked up about it. Kristen is extremely friendly, however you probably won't be able to get a good read on her, she doesn't give too much away in the area of how you're doing etc. Standard questions you can expect: - Why do you want to work for Disney - What do you hope to get out of the experience - Florida is hot, do you think you can handle it, etc. It won't be long - 10 minutes max. Just relax, be yourself, and you'll do great.
