Hi everyone! Hope somebody can help me with my stupid questions 1. What about duvet covers (don't know if it's the right word) in the commons? Do we have to bring it or won't we need it coz in the USA I think they don't have duvet covers like in Germany?! They only have tons of quilts and bedspreads or what?? ??? 2. What about irons and ironing boards in the apartments? 3. How big are the closets? Everyone gets one? (How many kg can be our cases?) 4. What about CD/DVD-Player and TV? Any apartment has one or more? 5. And for an addict (?) like me ;D: how many for a pack of cigarets? : Please someone help me! :-* Thx Fran
Hey, I think that in your welcome back thing (with the little booklet inside the over and had ur contract in) there are the measurements for the beds in there, but we do need to bring our own linens, whether that includes duvets and stuff i don't know! Hope that helps Bry
take something cover wise with you for the first night, you'll get to go to walmart on your first full day there where you can buy duvets. theres no point in having to cart it all the way to florida, when you can get one there not sure about iron, but im sure there wont be much chance of you not having one already there, after all they're pretty bloody fussy about how you look! not sure about closets, depends on your apt! cd, again, judt depends, on the previous people that have been there cigarettes....not sure, dont smoke! sorry couldnt be more help! linz xxx
Hey Fran, i dont smoke but have friends that do.....smokes here in canada cost about $7 cad a pack....so in american about $5 ish depending on the brand. sheena
