I am coming out next week (Sunday 7th Oct YAY) and wanted to know if anyone could help me with a question I have regarding Social Security. Basically when I was born I was registered with 2 middle names on my birth certificate however my parents never used the second middle name on anything (passport, school records etc). The passport people in the UK had no problem with that when my parents asked as it wasnt a different name but I am worried about getting a social security number with a birth cert with both my middle names on and ALL my other documents have only the one. I know many people who just like me have more than one middle name but dont have them all on their passport, so I was hoping someone out their already might have the same and could let me know if Social Security question it? I have also heard you dont actually need a birth cert to get a SSN as long as you have your passport and it is more than a year old, is that true? Cheers! see you all next week!
when my mate went last year she had to show her birth certificate, so you def need that. i wouldnt reckon the middle names being an issue, but you should check with you yummy jobs if your in the uk. they would give with the correct information
